Both NDTV and CNN IBN in future when they report on such happenings, should form crisis reporting groups pertaining to the nature of incident and accordingly plan.

Strategic planning is essential when such reporting is being done to make the news more authentic.

Best Wishes for a Professional reporting atleast into the future.

Who is a Fashion Designer?

25 Tips for Your Bridal Outfit
Just when you are ready to tie the knot the priest says that there are no dates for the next one year after the coming week.

So you have one week to get your wedding outfit ready and two thousand things are running through your mind. Here are some points to keep in mind while searching for your perfect wedding outfit…

Ghagra-Choli

1. When you go for trial don't wait till the entire outfit is ready. Try the outfit when the slip of the ghagra and the choli is ready.

If that is ok there won't be any difference in the fittings. You can spend time focusing on other things, such as, jewellery.

2. If you are opting for a readymade one then go to a store, which specializes only in ready-made garments. Here you will get better options than a store that mostly has unstitched fabrics.

Plus all you will need to do are some minor fitting, which will be done on the same day unless it is nearly closing time when you reach the store.

3. Keep your mind focus on the cut of the ghagra you want, once you have decided that choosing would be much easier and faster. This is because the pattern of the blouse is rarely restricted to body types and usually suits everyone.

4. Make sure the embellishments do not cling to the fabric. If this happens the duppata will cling to the ghagra or visa versa.

5. Go for a simple pattern in the ghagra, which makes it obvious how it will be stitched. For instance, kalis make the job simpler as then you know in which style the ghagra will be stitched.

Saree

6. If you are travelling to the other end of the city to get your wedding saree then there is no chance you will get time to exchange. So pick a colour that you have worn before to avoid changes.

7. Make sure you have the blouse piece ready with the saree. This will save the time you will spend on hunting for the matching fabric.

8. If you are going for an embroidered crepe or chiffon saree don't buy unless you are satisfied with the amount of work done. Extra embroidery will take time even though the store manager promises to do it as soon as possible.

9. When buying zari sarees go to a reputed place such as Nalli or Kala Niketan. They have some of the best collection so will get the best at one place.

10. In the hurry make sure you don't forget to attach the fall, as it adds weight to the end of the saree and makes it fall well. Go to your usual tailor to get the job done. Or you can ask one of your reliable relative who usually attaches the fall for her won saree.

Salwaar Kameez

11. If you are going to get a chudidar stitched keep the fabric in mind while giving measurements. If it is a stretchable give body measurement, or make the tailor keep some room.

12. If your dupatta is going to cover your kurta don't focus more on the embroidery of the kurta. This will help you save some cash.

13. Your local tailor might not be familiar with the patiala salwaar, so go to a place where they specialise in it, especially if you stay in the north.

14. If you have already brought your kalire, make sure you get an outfit that matches them.

15. For a good fit, get a kurta with back zipper. This is easier to get in and out of even while fittings with mehendi on your hands.

Bridal Gown

16. It will be better to get one stitched, as you will rarely find a good pattern in a readymade garment store.

17. Make sure you buy the exact quantity of fabrics that is required as there is a chance that a lot of fabric will be wasted.

18. If you are going for a ballroom gown be prepared to spend extra on the fabric.

19. Get your accessories, such as, brooch and veil while buying your fabric as you can match them well. Plus both your shopping will be finished at once.

20. Instead of going for readymade gloves, get the gloves stitched with the lace from your outfit. This way you will get gloves that perfectly match your gown.
